The Savage 12 LRPV (Long Range Precision Varmint, brand part no. 18671) is a single-shot rifle built for shooters who want serious long-range accuracy in 6mm BR, a caliber favored for its low recoil and exceptional inherent precision. A 26-inch heavy, fluted barrel with a fast 1:8 twist stabilizes heavy-for-caliber match bullets, while the stainless steel barreled action and matte black HS Precision stock with a V-block bedding system keep the rifle stiff and consistent shot after shot. The oversize bolt handle and Savage AccuTrigger round out a rifle purpose-built for varmint hunters and precision shooters chasing tight groups at distance.
